At WPBI, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of digital products, once a plugin or theme has been downloaded, it cannot be physically “returned.” However, refunds will be issued when a digital product is completely unusable.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase date
  • The product must be completely unusable
  • You must contact our support team first if experiencing technical issues
  • A reasonable time must be allowed for troubleshooting

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • After a digital product has been downloaded and used
  • Requests for product functionality changes
  • Bugs from the original developer (we are not the developers of these products)
  • Hosting services after activation
  • Subscription renewals
  • Issues caused by user error

Nature of Digital Products

WordPress plugins and themes are digital products. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned like physical products. We recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.
