How do I update plugins and themes?

We recommend installing the “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades” plugin from WordPress.org. This free tool allows you to update any theme or plugin by uploading the new .zip file through your WordPress dashboard. Alternatively, download the latest version from our site and re-upload manually.

How often are products updated?

We add new products and publish updated versions of existing products regularly. Please note that updates are not immediate upon developer release, and we cannot guarantee every product will always have the latest version available.

Will products update automatically?

No, products must be updated manually. Download the new version from our website and install it. If you require automatic updates, please purchase directly from the original developer.

Why am I getting a “style.css missing” error?

This common error occurs when uploading theme packages that contain additional files (documentation, license, etc.). You need to extract the download, locate the actual theme folder, and upload only that folder’s .zip file. Check the theme’s documentation for the correct file to upload.

Can I use download manager software?

No, download managers are not supported. These tools send multiple simultaneous requests, which our server interprets as separate downloads. This can quickly exhaust your daily download limit. Please use your browser’s built-in download function.
